Shipping policy

Free in store pick up Mon-Fri 9am-3pm and Saturday fro 9am-2pm.

Tinkerbells uses Australia Post or TNT depending on size of item being sent.

We aim to send item same day or next day depending on size of item.  Estimated delivery times range between 2-5 business days depending on size and weight of item.

Crystal sales have freight costs listed in description and included in price of item.  If Crystal is picked up in store please notify staff to discount item before purchase to remove shipping cost from cost of item.
